Following our Current Cut passage to North Eleuthera, we made plans to pick up Cathy, Bill, The Dread Pirate Aiden, his dad Ash, and their two dogs Keough and Beca at a beach off Goulding Cay. Arriving by taxi, they joined us for the dinghy ride out to S/V Pandion.
From there, we spent the next several days sailing, swimming, snorkeling, fishing, and eating as Pandion moved slowly south along the west shore of Eleuthera.
On one memorable day, we had outstanding sailing weather and flew our Code 0 Big Blue, while Bill and Ash and The Dread Pirate Aiden trolled three lures behind the boat. Six fish in the boat, including two Spanish Mackerel, and one Atlantic Bonito (a Tuna) for the grill. Later that day, we cooled off by jumping in waters so clear it seemed like swimming in a giant aquarium.

The Dread Pirate Aiden was back in his element, helping us with boat chores, swimming circles around us, performing flips with a half twist off the bow, and generally having fun being a pirate.

Yesterday we sailed into Governor's Harbour, a picturesque settlement and the capital of Eleuthera, to say our goodbyes to our crew and watch them drive off back to Spanish Wells.
