Cloudscape view from bridge of Pandion.

Spent yesterday making a 20-nautical mile passage from Big Joe Downer Cay to Moore's Island. Great day! Four dolphins joined us along the way. Brenda caught a Cero mackerel (this time with body intact), and we had time to take Newt for a ride along the north shore of Moore's Island.
Turtle seagrass is abundant here, growing right up to the mangrove shoreline. Lots of fish.
We plan to take a dinghy ride to the Bight Settlement on Moore's Island today. Time to get more provisions for Pandion's crew.
Love the photos and commentary. Y'all are having the time of a lifetime. In the evening where do you anchor? Brenda was that dinner?
ReplyDeleteHi Brenda, thanks for your comments. Yes, we are having a ball. We try to select quiet anchorages away from settlements and other boats. We actually went at one point not seeing other people for over two weeks. Star fields are amazing. And yes, we had the Cero for dinner and it was excellent. We are getting better at catching fish and try to have them on the menu several times a week.
